Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Trowel & Chuckle at trowelandchuckle.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

When you order, you will get an email confirming it. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send it to print. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. UK delivery is free. We may change prices, but this will not affect orders already placed.

Products

Every item is printed to order. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the finished product. Sizes are shown in each product's size guide.

Cancellations and returns

Please see our Refund policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

Designs

All designs belong to Trowel & Chuckle and may not be copied or resold.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
