Refund policy

Every Trowel & Chuckle item is printed just for you after you order. We still want you to love it, and you have the full rights UK law gives you.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day it is delivered. Email us at impactcurve@gmail.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return postage is paid by you. We refund the item price within 14 days of receiving it back, to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay any postage.

Cancelling before it is printed

If you spot a mistake (for example the wrong size), email us within 2 hours of ordering and we will cancel it free of charge. After that your item may already be in production, but you can still return it under the 14-day rule above.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
